A Client Advisory Board (CAB), conducted by William H. Bunch, CPA, PA's Consulting Services will produce results for your business. It will prove that you value your customers' business experience and the day-to-day problems that they face.

By inviting your clients to share their experiences with you, they will know you can guarantee to serve them better in the future.By conducting a CAB, you have the opportunity to show your clients that you are different from the competition because you value their opinion.

How does a CAB work?

Our team will work with your business to identify the information you would like to receive from your clients. For example: Are they happy with customer service? Who are really your competitors? What do they not like about your service? How could you improve?

You'll find out what is important to your clients. You will be able to find out what they need and expect from your business. First, we'll send out invitations to a select list of your clients and hold the CAB on a determined date. Then we'll confirm their attendance, determine the questions you would like answered and go from there.

Who Conducts the CAB?

The CAB will be conducted by our business advisory team. All information is confidential. The session is taped, with your clients' consent, so that the information that is received is accurate. We will ensure that the session is impartial and objective and will take in all of your clients' feedback.

What happens after the CAB?

A follow-up session is conducted with you to review the results. From this, an action list is written and you can start improving your business practices immediately!
