Celebrating Our Clients

At William H. Bunch, CPA, PA, we believe in celebrating our clients' achievements. Our business clients represent several business sectors in the community. One client, Chapel Hill Tire, has been in business since 1952.

The mission of Chapel Hill Tire Company is to "WOW our customers by proactively responding to their auto service needs in a time-crunch world. To continue Al Pons' legacy of operating in an environment of integrity that has existed since 1952, where employees and customers are treated like family."

Chapel Hill Tire, managed by Al Pons' children, has carried on the legacy of taking care of Chapel Hillians' cars in the best way possible. The three stores, located in Carrboro, Cole Park Plaza and on Franklin Street, work to service cars in a timely manner using the highest service standards. They perform regular servicing on both foreign and domestic-brand cars, repair cars, and sell a wide variety of tires.

William H. Bunch, CPA, PA, recently conducted a Customer Advisory Board for Chapel Hill Tire. The interactive session, held at The Carolina Brewery in Chapel Hill, posed questions to long-time customers of Chapel Hill Tire. This special group of people answered questions and gave advice to Chapel Hill Tire on ways of continuing to improve their customer service and forecast and meet customer needs.

One Customer Advisory Board member was quoted during the session saying, "Chapel Hill Tire management is continuous as far as their philosophies and the way they treat people from store to store. I mean, just judging from what we've discussed, there doesn't seem to be any variation in integrity levels, on any given day, in any store, and they don't seem to falter."

Another Customer Advisory Board member stated, "We have gone in to Chapel Hill Tire and we have said, "Do whatever needs to be done to my car, and no matter what they tell us needs to be done, we trust them. It takes a long time to get that kind of confidence from your customers."
